The municipality of Kressbronn on Lake Constance has realised its own lake stage, a stage for the region, with the conversion of its Bodan shipyard. In the future, the enjoyment of art, culture and culinary delights will be the top priority in this cultural monument. The newly designed "Werft1919" is a place to meet, exchange and experience the interplay of nature and architecture.
The unusual stage situation required special attention with regard to the acoustic design: The single-layer sound-absorbing and multi-layer sound-absorbing curtains made of SATIN CS enable flexible room acoustics and at the same time limit the sound propagation over the expanse of the lake. The acoustic curtains made of ABSORBER CS by Gerriets serve as a vestibule in the restaurant.
